Privacy policy

We collect only the data we need to run the service, namely:

• Account details: your username, email address, full name and avatar if you provide one. Passwords are always hashed one-way, so we can never see your original password.
• Transaction details: your deposit history, orders, wallet balance movements and bank account details when you request a commission withdrawal.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device and activity log, such as when you signed in or performed an important action on your account.

We do not actively collect sensitive data unrelated to the service, and we never ask you for the password to any third-party service.

Your data is used for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your account, and verifying your identity when you sign in.
• Processing orders, reconciling deposit transactions and delivering products automatically.
• Supporting customers and handling warranty claims, complaints and refunds.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, promotion abuse and other behaviour that harms the system.
• Sending important notifications about your account, your orders and changes to our policies.

The website uses cookies to keep you signed in so you don't have to re-enter your password on every visit. Session cookies are set as secure and can only be read by the server — third-party JavaScript cannot reach them.

We also store a few display preferences in your browser, such as whether you use the light or dark theme. You can clear your cookies at any time in your browser settings, but you'll then need to sign in again and some of your preferences will revert to their defaults.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone for commercial purposes.

Data is shared only to the minimum extent necessary with the partners who help us operate — for instance payment gateway providers and banks for reconciling transactions, or our server infrastructure provider. These partners may process the data only for the purposes we specify.

We may also disclose information in response to a valid written request from a competent state authority, as required by law.

Passwords are hashed with a one-way algorithm before being stored. The connection between your browser and our servers is encrypted, and database access is restricted to authorised staff.

We log important actions so that incidents can be investigated. Even so, no system is completely secure, so you should choose a strong password, avoid reusing it on other services and never share your API key with strangers.

In relation to your personal data, you have the right to:

• Access and review your account details, order history and balance movements at any time from your account page.
• Correct or update your personal details if anything is wrong, change your password and regenerate your API key.
• Request deletion of your account. Note that some transaction data must be kept for the period required by law, for reconciliation and accounting purposes.
• Opt out of marketing messages while still receiving the essential notifications about transactions and security.
