Create an account, top up your wallet, then pick a product and click buy. The system deducts the amount from your wallet and delivers the account immediately. If the stock happens to run out just as you buy, your money is refunded to your wallet automatically.
We support bank transfers (credited automatically when the reference is correct), prepaid phone cards and a few other manual methods. When transferring, please use exactly the reference shown so the system can reconcile it and credit you as quickly as possible.
With a bank transfer using the correct reference, the money usually reaches your wallet within 1–5 minutes. If the reference is wrong or manual reconciliation is needed it can take longer — send support a photo of your receipt and we'll sort it out sooner.
Each product has its own warranty period, stated clearly on its detail page. Within that period, if an account won't sign in or doesn't match the description, we'll replace it or refund your wallet. To get help you'll need to provide the order ID and an unedited video of your first sign-in attempt.
You're refunded automatically if the stock runs out at the moment of purchase, or when a faulty product is confirmed within the warranty period. Refunds always go back to your wallet so you can buy something else; we don't pay refunds out in cash.
Unfortunately not. Problems caused by the user — changing the password or recovery details yourself, sharing the account with several people, using it for the wrong purpose, or breaching the original provider's terms — all fall outside the warranty. So please follow the instructions carefully when you receive an account.
Every account has its own referral code. When a friend signs up through your link and buys something, you earn 5% of the order value as commission, added to your commission balance. Once you reach the minimum, you can request a withdrawal to your bank from the Affiliate page.
